A postal referendum that closes on 11 December, will give everyone in Greater Manchester the opportunity to vote on current Congestion Charge proposals. Postal ballot papers will be issued in November, look out for your paper and remember to post your No! vote early.

- Write to your local councillors and MPs to let them know your views

- Download our Fast Facts and put the Charge on the agenda wherever you are involved with your community (e.g. social clubs, parish councils, school governors’ meetings)
- Simply talk to your friends, colleagues and neighbours about what the Charge means for you and them
